Overview
2Legit Volleyball is a coaching and training organisation based in Miami. iEncode Tech built a digital platform that combines the public information experience with operational portals for the people who organise training and the families who participate, joining public discovery and internal operations into one connected product instead of two disconnected systems. Directors, coaches, parents, and players each work from a distinct interface scoped to their responsibilities, while training, event, scheduling, and registration data stay connected underneath, so a change made in one portal, a new event, a schedule update, is reflected accurately for everyone else without separate manual coordination.

Different users, relevant tools
Directors need oversight across programmes and operations. Coaches need the information required to organise sessions without the weight of full administrative access. Parents need clear registration, schedule, and payment journeys that do not assume familiarity with sports-management software, and player records need to stay connected to the training and events they participate in. Separating these responsibilities keeps each portal focused while allowing shared activities, like a new event or a registration update, to remain connected across roles.
Challenges & Solutions
Serving four distinct roles, directors, coaches, parents, and players, from one platform risks either overwhelming casual users with administrative complexity or under-serving administrators with an oversimplified interface. iEncode Tech resolved this by building role-based portals scoped precisely to what each group needs to do, connected underneath by shared training, event, scheduling, and registration data. QR-code scanning was added to make on-site registration and attendance capture fast enough for real gym and tournament conditions, and CSV exports gave administrators a practical bridge from platform data into their existing reporting tools.

Results & Impact
iEncode Tech developed both the public-facing website and the dedicated operational experiences, giving 2Legit Volleyball one coordinated platform instead of separate systems for outreach and operations. Built on Next.js, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, with real-time updates via WebSockets and WebRTC calling, role-based portals let directors, coaches, parents, and players each work from an interface suited to their responsibilities, while QR-based check-in and CSV reporting gave the organisation practical tools for day-to-day event and administrative work. A live URL was not included with the supplied files, so this page does not publish an unverified link.
