Overview
SewaMart connects people looking for local services with providers able to fulfil those requests. The product needed more than a customer catalogue: provider onboarding, service management, booking, payment, and administration all had to work as parts of the same marketplace, coordinated by one brand and one underlying data layer. iEncode Tech delivered the engagement end to end, brand identity, UI/UX, web and mobile applications, and the backend workflows connecting them, so that a change made on the provider side is reflected accurately in what customers discover, while administrators retain oversight without a duplicated, disconnected version of either experience.

Customer experience
Customers can discover suitable services, understand the available options, and move into a booking flow with confidence. The web and mobile experiences were designed to keep this journey clear and focused, so marketplace complexity on the provider and administrative side never surfaces in the customer-facing product.
Challenges & Solutions
Three-sided marketplaces tend to break down when one side is over-engineered at the expense of the others, a rich provider dashboard with a thin customer experience, or vice versa. iEncode Tech built each side, customer, provider, and administrator, as its own scoped workflow, sharing a single brand, UI system, and data layer underneath so that a change made by a provider was accurately and immediately reflected in what customers discover, and administrators retained oversight without duplicating either experience.

Results & Impact
iEncode Tech delivered SewaMart across brand identity, UI/UX, web, mobile, Node.js and MongoDB-backed workflows, payments, provider management, and promotion, handling the product end to end rather than as a series of disconnected work orders. Real-time booking updates via WebSockets, built-in WebRTC calling, and reliable notification channels give customers and providers a marketplace that feels immediate and trustworthy, while Vercel and Cloudinary keep the experience fast across devices as the marketplace grows.
